Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Once your return request is approved and return instructions provided, you have an additional 14 calendar days to ship the item back to us.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is also required.
You may try on items (for example, rings or bracelets) to determine fit and comfort; however, earrings cannot be returned if they have been tried on or the packaging has been opened, due to hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@supremetal.com. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We may also generate a return shipping label to simplify the process for you.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@supremetal.com.
Unclaimed or Refused Orders
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the order after multiple delivery attempts by the carrier, or if the order is not collected from a pickup point within the carrier’s storage period, the shipment will be returned to us by the carrier.
Once the order is returned, a refund may be issued for the product(s) only, excluding:
• the original shipping cost, and
• the return shipping cost charged by the carrier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as delivery attempts have already been made and the return is processed at the customer’s expense.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the item you have, and place a new order once the return is accepted.
