Shipping policy

We ship our products within Spain, throughout the European Union, and to the United Kingdom, with the exception of certain remote regions.
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the EU and the UK.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed.

Carriers and Tracking

We use trusted carriers including Correos, SEUR, UPS, and DHL. The choice of carrier for your order will be based on your delivery address, package size and weight, shipping speed, and regional service availability. All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Spain: 2-5 business days

  • European Union: 4-10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Excluded Regions

 We do not currently ship to the following regions:

  • Canary Islands (Islas Canarias)

  • Ceuta and Melilla

  • Azores and Madeira (Portugal)

  • French overseas territories (e.g., Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

European Union:

All orders are shipped within the European Union, and no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.

United Kingdom:

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon arrival.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking local customs regulations for more information before placing an order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier or post office, we will notify you by email. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
